'Mendax' platter in red brick clay, exclusive to 12thirteen these centre pieces have a fantastic raw material quality to them. The edges are all cut at an angel creating a dark shadow under the piece making it primarily visible as a seemingly floating rough sheet of clay. After firing the pieces are all wet sanded in order to break any razor sharp edges so the pieces look really rough and feel textured.
