Refunds and Returns
If there is an issue with items purchased please email us at info@12thirteen-store.com, items will be refunded in full if returned no longer than 28 days from the purchase date.
In regards to beauty & fragranced items you must return the item to us in an unused/UNOPENED condition, as for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges where labels have been removed and products opened.

Return shipping is free in the UK, please complete the Return Form enclosed in your package and follow the instructions detailed.
european & International return shipping - the customer will be responsible for any returns INCLUDING CUSTOMS & EXPORT CHARGES.
Risk of loss and title for Items purchased from 12thirteen pass to you upon delivery of such Items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
